Indoor Rowing and Functional Fitness – Colorado

We are excited to announce the return of our indoor rowing program for fall 2023! We will be hosting this program from our National Headquarters led by our Colorado program staff and incorporate functional fitness into the program.

This series will focus heavily on mobility and balance. We have 5 rowers available with adaptations to incorporate any fitness levels and will have equipment for the functional fitness segment of the class. This progressive program will build your endurance, strength, build partnership, and test your limits as you learn new movements.
