For the Adaptive divers many experience pain relief for hours, days and for some weeks. They also build their identities as scuba divers. Only ~1% of all people are scuba divers, making them part of an elite group.

Dive buddies get to experience the joy of sharing something they love. They learn how fragile and resilient life is. They learn that deep down we are all the same.
