Rec-Connect is Disability Network Eastern Michigan’s Adaptive Recreation & Wellness program that offers a variety of sports, wellness, leisure, and social activities for individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities. The program focuses on building community, encouraging active lifestyles, and promoting independence in a supportive and inclusive environment.
