Para & Adaptive Rowing
Para rowing supports and propels individuals with physical, sensory, and intellectual challenges. Classes are available for youth and adults. Many beginners continue rowing as a lifelong activity that benefits mental and physical health.
Our program meets the needs of athletes with disabilities of all experience levels. Rowers have access to custom fabricated equipment, dedicated coaches, and a world-class facility.
Para rowing at CRI was one of the first programs established and continues to be a national model. Today, we are proud partners of Adaptive Sports New England, Spaulding Rehab Hospital, Unite Us and many other community-based nonprofits.
Community Rowing, Inc. offers a broad range of programs for people with disabilities, from recreational and therapeutic to competitive rowing.
