									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Recently I just signed up for my 14th RAGBRAI, a week covering 400 &#8211; 500 miles with my 20,000 &#8211; 30,000 closest friends. Like the other 13 times it will be done on a handcycle.</p>
<p>Anybody else here done RAGBRAI, as well, or other 2+ days organized rides? I&#8217;d like to hear about them and what you liked (or disliked) about the ride.</p>

									<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href='https://adaptiverechub.org/members/determinedsurvivor/' rel="nofollow ugc">@determinedsurvivor</a>, I didn&#8217;t mine the grease, but now that I wax my chain, I love not getting my hands, clothes, and tools all covered grease. If you worked on your bike, you probably know all you need to know about handcycles. It&#8217;s just flipped upside down (the bottom bracket is on the top, etc.). Hope you get on a HC sooner than later.</p>
