Sled Hockey Basics

Buckle up in a specially designed sled just a few inches above the ice and propel yourself to defend or score in the opponent’s goal. Sled hockey is open to anyone with a physical disability age 10 and over. It follows most of the typical ice hockey rules and has the same heart-pumping, high energy.
