Seated Cardio Drum Clinic

Get ready to move, groove, and have fun! Our seated cardio drum clinic combines rhythmic drumming with energetic upper-body and core movements using yoga balls and pool noodles.

The clinic is led by a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS) who is experienced in creating inclusive, engaging, and adaptive recreation programs that help participants build confidence, stay active, and have fun.

Open to anyone 14 years and older who has a physical disability or visual impairment. Sportable Membership NOT required.
