TRFA offers individual and group rowing and paddling lessons to people with Intellectual disabilities. TRFA has built partnership with local nonprofit to host paddle outings including: The Down Syndrome Association of Central Texas, The Autism Society of Texas, Cerebral Palsy Awareness Transition Hope.
All people with intellectual disabilities regardless of age, experience or athletic ability.
