This class involves a combination of seated and/or standing and improvisational exercises, with dance styles ranging from contemporary to Latin and jazz. The music varies to match, with a focus on soul, funk, disco and more! This will be a gentle dance movement class with a focus on inclusivity for all levels. All exercises are modifiable and adaptable to any level of mobility and comfort
