Fitness Program

Functional Fitness mimics movements used in daily life and sports, improving strength, stability and overall fitness. This type of training can improve posture and reduce the risk of injury.

We will work on lower and upper body strength, core strength and stability, and cardio health and endurance using resistance bands, weighted balls, dumbbells, battling ropes, and other appropriate equipment for the individual.
