Adaptive Mountain Biking Program

Join us for an energizing ride through forest preserves, opening your world to the thrill of mountain biking. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced rider, you’ll build confidence on the trails and enjoy the mental and physical benefits of cycling in nature’s majestic settings.

A variety of adaptive mountain bikes like handcycles and foot-pedaled cycles are provided with helmets, guidance from experienced coaches and lessons tailored to your skills. Participants should bring their own source of hydration. Cycles have a water bottle holder attached. Please dress appropriately for the weather. We bike in rain, snow and sunshine.
