Sled Hockey Practice

Sled hockey is an action-packed sport that takes place on the ice. It follows most of the typical ice hockey rules, except players use specially designed sleds that sit on top of two hockey skate blades, and each player has two sticks that they can use to propel themselves across the ice. Like BORP’s other sports programs, sled hockey offers young players the chance to make friends, work with supportive adult coaches, learn new skills, build confidence, and have a lot of fun.
